These terms and conditions apply for your purchase of products from Rebella through Rebella.dk.

Placement of orders

When placing an order through Rebella.dk, such order is a binding offer to purchase products in accordance with these terms and conditions. You will, prior to confirming your order, have the opportunity to correct or delete the products you have placed in your shopping cart, and you may change the information provided in connection with your purchase. Your order will not be shipped and is thus not binding until you have pressed “Confirm order”. 

Prices and payment

The price of a product is the price quoted at Rebella.dk at the time of placing the order. We make reservations for misprints and sold out products. The shipping price, if any, is also stated on your order as well as the total price of your order, just as it will appear on the order confirmation.
All prices for products at Rebella.dk are applicable until changed. All prices in EUR are stated inclusive of value added Danish tax (VAT) and duty, 25%, but exclusive of shipping costs. VAT will be deducted for delivery addresses outside EU.

You can pay via all major payment cards. Transaction fees are inclusive the payment total.
Rebella will draw the amount from your account, but not until the product is ready for shipment. Once the transaction has been carried through, it will appear from your account. When paying with a payment card, your information is sent directly and SSL encrypted to Rebella´s payment provider. Rebella has no access to your payment details.

Order confirmation

Rebella sends you an electronic order confirmation, which constitutes acceptance of your offer to purchase. The order confirmation contains your order number, name, address, delivery address, method of payment, specification of products ordered and the total price including any shipping costs.

Rebella stores a digital copy of all order confirmations, but we recommend that you print the order confirmation, as it contains important information regarding your purchase. At the same time, the order confirmation is expedient to have later, should you have second thoughts or have complaints about the purchase. Final agreement is entered into when the order confirmation is sent to you from Rebella. The agreement comprises the products listed in the order confirmation. Once you receive the order confirmation, you should go over it and immediately contact Rebella, if you believe that it contains faults or discrepancies. What is stated in the order confirmation is applicable unless you make objections immediately after receipt of the order confirmation, since Rebella will in most cases ship the products immediately after sending the order confirmation.  

Shipping

The usual shipping time is between 3 and 6 weekdays from the date of the order confirmation. Rebella is responsible for the purchase until you have received it.
The shipping costs for your purchase appear from the order and the order confirmation and will be charged together with your payment for the products purchased.

The shipment is delivered to your home address or a parcel pickup location you choose near you. You will receive the address of the packet pickup location and the time of pickup at the email that was used on the webshop when ordering.

The price for shipment inside EU is EUR 10,00 for purchases totaling less than EUR 99,00. For purchases for more than EUR 100,00 delivery is free of charge.

Shipping outside EU is EUR 15,00 for purchases totaling less than EUR 99,00. For purchases for more than EUR 100,00 delivery is free of charge. Be aware that nailpolish can be a problem for international flights transport mode and we will reserve the right to notify you by mail if not possible to send to your location at the costs mentioned above. In case not possible we will not send before we get your personal approval by e-mail and that you can agree/confirm alternate transport costs. 

Please note that local rules for VAT/DUTY can apply in your country outside EU. It is your responsibility to follow local rules and regulation and pay any charges related to local vat or duty arrangements. We are shipping worldwide and can not investigate all countries local rules and arrangements.

14 days cancellation right

You have the right to cancel your purchase of a product within 14 days after you have received the purchased product or until 14 days after the first shipment.

You may cancel your purchase of the product by:

– notifying Rebella hereof and returning the product
– refusing to receive the product while giving us clear message about this
– omitting to collect the product while giving us clear message about this

You must forward a notification that you wish to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The notification should be sent to info@rebella.dk. You can also use a standard cancellation form and send it to Rebella, if you wish to cancel your purchase.
You cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing to accept it without giving us clear message about this. We recommend that you keep your receipt or documentation that you have sent the notification and the product(s).

Return

If you regret your purchase, the item(s) should be returned to:

The product(s) that you return must be securely wrapped. You have the responsibility for the package/product(s) until we receive it/them. So keep the receipt as well as any tracking number. The product(s) you return must be in fairly same condition as when received.
You must pay the costs in connection with returning the product(s). 

Products excluded the cancellation right

Some products are excluded from the cancellation right including:
– delivery of products that for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable to be returned, and where the packaging has been broken after delivery.

Since our products are skin care products, you will lose your cancellation right if you break the packaging or use the product as it thus is not of health or hygiene reasons suitable to be returned.

Refund of the purchase amount

You will receive your money back, including any shipping costs charged by Rebella in relation to the purchase, as soon as possible after receipt of your notification of cancellation. If you need to return a product, you will not receive your money back until Rebella has had the opportunity to examine the returned product.

Complaints procedure

If you have any complaints concerning your purchase, please contact us on +45 91629918 (Monday – Friday, 9am-3pm) or by email: info@rebella.dk. You may also submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. It is also possible to submit a complaint online via www.forbrug.dk.
You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home. Choose Language. When submitting the complaint, you must state our email address: info@rebella.dk

Duty of inspection and defects

When you receive your order, you must immediately examine the order in order to establish any defects or imperfections. You may complain to the Rebella within two years after receipt of the order, in the case of defects or imperfections. However, you must always remember to make your complaint in reasonable time after having discovered the defect. 

Personal data

The personal data provided to Rebella in connection with your purchase at Rebella.dk (name, address, telephone number, email etc.) and any other information you may give Rebella will be treated confidentially and will be used to dispatch your order, for statistical purposes and in connection with other forms of contact with you. Rebella does not collect information about you from other sources.
The personal data are transmitted from you to Rebella.dk in a non-encrypted form. Personal data are stored by Rebella in a database located on a secure server to which there is no public access from the Internet. Such information is stored for 6 years and only to the extent permitted by law.

According to the Danish Act on the Processing of Personal Data, you can obtain access to and correct the personal data that concern you. You can also object to the further use of your data.

Credit card information passes through Rebella.dk to via a secure and encrypted SSL connection. Rebella.dk has no access to your payment card information 

Cookies

In order to make the procedure for your future purchases at Rebella.dk easier, Rebella.dk applies so-called cookies. These are small files, which are stored on your own PC. This implies that you do not need to enter your address the next time you purchase products at Rebella. You can at any time delete cookies from your PC.

Marketing

When you enter your email address in connection with your purchase from Rebella, Rebella may use your email address to contact you regarding your order and regarding the marketing of similar products, unless you request us not to. In addition, Rebella may use your email address to market products and services to you to the extent that you have accepted to receive such marketing material. You can at any time opt out of receiving the material by using the link in the electronic marketing material that you receive.
